Why Can't I Make A Bill Payment To An Unregistered Payee?
SBS Bank has chosen this system to provide members with a higher level of Internet Banking (IB) security. In the unlikely event that a members security is breached (password stolen or IB is left unattended) the pre-arranged bill payment option will only allow money to be transferred to accounts that members have selected.
