How Can I Ensure No-one Can Access My Accounts?
Firstly, ensure you do not share your customer number and your password with ANYONE. Do not give your password to anyone. SBS Bank staff will NEVER ask you to disclose your password or PIN number. Change your password regularly.
SBS Bank Internet Banking requires that your password be a combination of letters and numbers (at least 2 of each with your password being a minimum total length of 8 and a maximum length of 32). Do not use words or phrases that can be easily guessed for example your pet or child's name and birth date. Don't write your password down.
