What If I Forget My Customer Number Or Password?

Your customer number is on your SBS Bank debit card, or you can call us on

0800 502 442, and once we've confirmed your identity, we can give you your customer number.

No one else knows your password, so we can't tell you what it is. We can, however reset it and advise you of a new temporary password, which you will be required to change when you next log on. Phone 0800 502 442 for your new password. Our Customer Service Representatives will issue you a temporary new password once your identity has been verified.
