Table Loan
With a SBS Bank Table Loan you can choose either our floating or fixed rates. With this loan you repay the principle amount and interest together. We agree the term of your loan up to a maximum of 30 years and calculate your repayments so, at the the end of this period, you own your house with nothing left to pay. The amount you repay each month stays the same throughout the term of your loan, unless interest rates change.
The benefits are:
- You can also choose the term that suits you, up to a maximum of 30 years
- Regular payments also mean it's an easy way to manage your loan within your budget
- You can choose to make repayments monthly, fortnightly or weekly
- As you reduce your loan balance and/or the value of your property increases, you may be able to borrow additional funds against your property
