As the Manager of our thriving Hamilton
Branch, integral in serving the Waikato
community, you will be instrumental in
continuing our commitment to customers
by encouraging, empowering and inspiring
an established, close-knit team.
You will be responsible for the growth of
SBS Bank funding and lending portfolios
through business planning, networking/relationship building, maintaining and building
on an existing business and customer base,
and through your demonstrated ability to
motivate and lead staff. Sound planning,
problem-solving, and organisational
skills coupled with self-motivation and a
results-driven vision are crucial in this role.
It is essential that you have a background
in banking along with substantial sales and
marketing experience. Demonstrated
experience in the leadership and
development of staff is also a must.
