We provide a full and detailed orientation and induction programme to ensure that new team members understand how the business operates and how their role fits into the overall mission of SBS Bank.
We also believe that SBS Bank people should drive their own development. For this reason people are encouraged to develop individualised personal development plans, identifying training needs and ensuring these are met in conjunction with their team leaders.
These training needs are then addressed by a variety of methods, including on the job training, attending courses and conferences, modular learning, self-study, etc., as appropriate.
